Team Canteen, LLC handles returns on a case by case basis. As a rule of thumb we do not accept returns on non-defective merchandise. Damaged shipments and / or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery. If you do not like the merchandise you receive, feel free to resell at a higher price to your friends and family or on Ebay or Craigslist.

• How Do you Ship? At the present time items will ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. This, however, this is subject to change.
• How Long Does It Take?You will receive a shipping confirmation email detailing the tracking details (if tracking details are available) once your order has shipped. Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days.
• How Much Does it cost? Shipping starts at $5. Each additional item to your order adds $1.
